Hi, I’m Laura Walsh.
My practice focuses on estate planning, probate and probate litigation, as well as corporate establishment and succession planning. I am highly committed to Gwinnett County and I am very involved in the community. I am passionate about solving problems and helping clients to find comfort and peace of mind in the face of adversity. I am here to help you find your best path forward!
Laura was appointed County Administrator by the Gwinnett County Probate Court, and she serves to support the Court by processing and managing unrepresented Probate Estates and Conservatorships. She has extensive experience in the management of probate, trust, and other fiduciary property.
Laura graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law where she completed an accelerated Juris Doctor program. While in law school, Laura worked in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she learned about the intricacies of tax law.
She completed her bachelor’s degrees in English and Political Science at Georgia Gwinnett College where she graduated summa cum laude. At GGC, she served as the Chief Justice of the Student Government and Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper.
Laura is married to Justin Walsh, and they have three children: Kaeleb, Amanda, and Evelyn. She is a Gwinnett native who grew up in Peachtree Corners and is now raising her family in the Harbins area of Dacula with their two cats, three dogs, and backyard chickens.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys kayaking, swimming, hiking, jigsaw puzzles, and woodworking. She is an accomplished balloon artist and a longtime member of Tree Climbers International, Inc.
